For as long as I can remember, I’ve been curious about how the body moves, heals, and connects with the mind. As someone who grew up active and has worked through my own injuries, I understand how frustrating it can be when your body doesn’t feel like it’s working with you. That’s what led me to massage therapy—and since graduating from Lambton College in 2018, I’ve been passionate about helping others get back to feeling strong, capable, and connected to their bodies again.
My approach is hands-on, intuitive, and rooted in clinical knowledge. I use a combination of techniques like Cupping therapy, Graston Technique, and now CranioSacral Therapy to support each person where they’re at—whether that means working through deep muscle tension, improving mobility, calming the nervous system, or simply creating space for the body to heal.
Whether you’re training hard, recovering from injury, or just feeling stuck in your body, I’m here to help you move and feel better—by honoring your body’s journey and guiding you toward recovery and lasting strength at your own pace.
