About Erin

 Growing up, I always had a very keen interest in the mind/body connection and how the human body works. As an athlete who has dealt with injuries myself, I understand the importance of keeping your body functioning to the best of its ability. As a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Lambton College in 2018,  my hope is to help clients get back to doing what they love to do with a more natural approach.
